Company History 

Our firm was founded in Louisville, KY on Sept. 1, 1999, as a virtual company and an alternative to RE/MAX.  We started small, in one-room of Fran’s condo. Because of our strong belief in service, integrity, and a "can-do" attitude toward the real estate business, our company has quickly prospered and grown.

Our broker was born in Louisville, KY on September 29, 1951, while her family was living in Jeffersonville.  They moved to Louisville in 1963.  She attended Sacred Heart Academy and Eastern High School in Louisville, graduating in 1969.

Fran was licensed as a real estate salesperson in 1978 and became a real estate broker in 1986. She is licensed in both Kentucky and Indiana and a registered HUD broker in both states.  She has extensive training and experience in real estate office management through Prudential and RE/MAX.

Julie Dulaney, daughter of Fran Evola, joined the company as a Realtor in 2005. Julie is also a licensed Auctioneer in Kentucky and Indiana. In 2008 Julie became an Associate Broker in both Kentucky and Indiana. Today Julie is a co-owner of the firm and manages the agents and day-to-day operations. 

In 2008, we appeared in Business First on the Largest Residential Real Estate Firms List.  We ranked number 19 in the Metropolitan Louisville area, a great accomplishment for a company that didn’t have an office!  We continue to be ranked in the top 20 each year with most firms ahead of us being large franchise operations. Last few years: 2022 19th, 2021 17th, 2020 17th ,2019 15th, 2018 17th, 2017 17th, 2016 21st, 2015 13th, 2014 14th, 2013 19th, 2012 16th,  2011 17th, 2010 14th, 2009 17th, 2008 19th.

Pierce Anderson, son of Julie Dulaney, joined the company as a licensed Realtor in 2018. He is an apprentice Auctioneer in KY and Auction coordinator as well as our administrative assistant. He is a valuable asset to the daily operations. 

Breaking with our tradition of being a home-based company, in 2018 we purchased an office building in downtown Jeffersonville, Indiana as our headquarters.
